This is a Tommy-song I have slept on for way too long! It has been on the request list for a very long time, but as soon as I took the time to listen and pick apart the first few bars I was hooked. Tommy uses a thumb pick here, but not in the traditional way. There is no alternating bass line in this song, and you use the thumb pick mostly to pump bass notes on the same string. It might be the ideal song to give the thumb pick (another) try!
